Boxer the highway advocate

Through the battle over the stimulus bill, we're learning more about the good and the bad in Congress. Jerry Nadler successfully got more money for public transportation into the initial stimulus bill in the House. Barbara Boxer, meanwhile, has joined the ranks of the build-more-highways coalition.
